Want to use your statutory right of withdrawal? You can do this easily via the electronic withdrawal function on our website. You do not need to give a reason.
The withdrawal function must be clearly available on brayneco.com during the statutory cooling-off period. After submitting it, you will receive confirmation of your withdrawal notice without undue delay.
The electronic function requires at minimum enough information to identify you and the order, such as name, email address, order number, and the product or products the withdrawal relates to.
A reason for withdrawal is optional and cannot be made mandatory.

If the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process, we will try to cancel it. Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation before shipment.
If the order has already shipped, you can use your statutory right of withdrawal after receiving it, to the extent that right applies.
