1. Processing and Delivery Time
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.
Netherlands: expected delivery within 1–2 business days after shipment.
Belgium: expected delivery within 2–3 business days after shipment.
Orders placed on a weekend or Dutch public holiday are generally processed on the next business day.
The stated delivery times are indicative. We do our best to deliver within the stated period. If no other delivery time has been agreed, the statutory maximum delivery term applies.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a track-and-trace confirmation where available.

The final shipping costs are always shown at checkout before you place your order. All prices on our consumer website are in euros and include applicable VAT.
3. Address Details and Failed Delivery
You are responsible for entering complete and correct delivery details.
Please contact us as soon as possible via support@brayneco.com if you discover an error after ordering. We try to make changes as long as the order has not yet been processed, but cannot guarantee this.
Reasonable additional shipping costs arising solely from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer may be charged to the customer.
We do not deliver to PO boxes.
If a package is not collected or is refused and is therefore returned to us, we may offset the reasonable direct costs this creates to the extent permitted by law.
4. Damaged, Lost or Incorrectly Delivered
Does your order arrive damaged, is a product missing, or did you receive the wrong product? Please contact us as soon as possible via support@brayneco.com and include your order number.
Where relevant, please include clear photos.
Until the moment the order is delivered to you or a third party designated by you, the transport risk lies with Brayne & Co.
We resolve any error by Brayne & Co. or the carrier at no necessary cost to you.
