At Brayne & Co, grooming is about healthy skin, now and later. That is why we donate €1 per order to the Nationaal Huidfonds, the Dutch national skin fund.
What is the Huidfonds?
The Nationaal Huidfonds works to reduce skin conditions and to improve life with a skin condition. There are more than 3,000 skin conditions, and they can have a major impact on your health and daily life.
On huidfonds.nl you will find, among other things, information about skin conditions, tools such as the Zonkracht (sun strength) check and Check je vlekje (check your spot), personal stories from people with a skin condition (the Huidhelden, or “skin heroes”) and programmes for childcare and education.
Prevention is an important theme too. According to the Huidfonds, skin cancer is the most common form of cancer in the Netherlands, with more than 81,000 new diagnoses a year.
The Huidfonds depends on donations from donors and companies.
Why we support the Huidfonds
With Brayne & Co we want to make grooming simple and accessible. In doing so, we think it is important that attention to your appearance goes together with room for differences. A well-groomed look doesn’t have to mean flawless skin.
Our products fit with that. The Tone gives a gradual complexion without UV radiation, and The Barrier is our SPF 30 sun protection for daily use on the face. Sun protection is part of healthy skin, and that is exactly what the Huidfonds works for. We also want people with a skin condition to be seen and supported. That combination makes the Huidfonds a logical choice for us.
What we do: €1 per order
For every order at Brayne & Co, we donate €1 to the Nationaal Huidfonds, regardless of whether you order one product or several. You don’t have to do or pay anything extra. We cover the donation ourselves.
